Butter Chicken

Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

  • 500g chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 200g tomato puree
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • 50ml cream
  • 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste

Method

  1. Marinate chicken with spices and grill until cooked.
  2. Prepare tomato-butter sauce in a pan.
  3. Add cream and remaining spices; simmer gently.
  4. Add grilled chicken to the sauce and coat evenly.
  5. Finish with kasuri methi and serve hot.
