Ingredients (Serves 3–4)
- 500g chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 200g tomato puree
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 50ml cream
- 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
Method
- Marinate chicken with spices and grill until cooked.
- Prepare tomato-butter sauce in a pan.
- Add cream and remaining spices; simmer gently.
- Add grilled chicken to the sauce and coat evenly.
- Finish with kasuri methi and serve hot.
