Ingredients (Serves 3–4)
- 500g chicken breast or thigh
- Yogurt & lemon juice for marinade
- Garam masala, cumin, coriander
- Tomato puree
- Butter & cream
- Ginger & garlic paste
- Salt & freshly cracked pepper
Method
- Marinate chicken in yogurt, spices, and lemon juice for at least 1 hour.
- Grill or pan-fry chicken until cooked through.
- Prepare tomato-butter sauce with spices and ginger-garlic paste.
- Add cooked chicken to sauce and simmer briefly.
- Finish with cream and garnish with fresh coriander.
- Serve hot with naan or rice.
